    • The winners of the contemporary religious music contest (groups and individual performers)
    • Holy Spirit Ukrainian Greek Catholic Seminary Choir, Lviv
    Youth choirs:
    • "Soli Deo"

    • "Yevshan"
    • "Cheremosh"
    • "Vidlunnya" (Echoes)
    • Witness of Life: Lay people give witness to God's work in their lives


2. Groups

  • "Halychyna," choir of 'bandura' (traditional Ukrainian string instrument) players, Lviv Palace for Children and Youth
  • "Pysanka," Lviv Railways children's choir (conductor: Olena Vovk)
  • "Orpheus," Men's Choir
  • Lviv Philharmonic Orchestra (conductor Artur Mykyta)
  • Witness to the Truth: A priest gives witness to truths of the faith (e.g., a talk about the Soviet persecution of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church)

3. Arrival of the Holy Father

Greetings for the Holy Father

  • Greetings for the Holy Father by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Bishops
  • Youth greetings in national dress (Ukrainian, Polish, Armenian and others)
  • Greetings from various civil and religious youth organizations (Ukrainian Youth for Christ, Plast [Ukrainian Scouts] and others)
  • Greetings from various student groups from colleges and universities*
    (*Perhaps the presentation of symbolic gifts)
  • AKATHIST (PRAYER SERVICE) TO JESUS CHRIST
  • Awarding of Papal honors, "Reconciliation"

Holy Father's apostolic blessing followed by departure
All groups present sing "God, mighty and one" (Ukrainian hymn)
