They are not difficult to find since they are students dressed in blue T-shirts with the inscription, “I know Lviv, ask me, please”. They can be found in Rynok Square (Ploshcha Rynok), Prospect Svoboda and the other central streets of Lviv. Their activity will last from June 24 until June 28. The guides are all students from Lviv schools who have been educated as guides for Lviv. The speak English, Polish and German. 25.06.2001 (14:57) // Religious Information Service of Ukraine    This charitable event was organised by “Tovarystvo Leva” (a non-governmental organization) and the Foundation for the Preservation of Historical and Architectural Heritage. “Our aim is to share our love for our city with the guests who will arrive from everywhere”, says Ivan Radkovets, a member of the Tovarystvo Leva board. “You can be walking along the streets all day long without even mentioning the most significant things which differentiate Lviv from other cities and puts it into the context of world cultural appreciation”.  Get the printable page
